1. What payment methods are supported?

Currently, only accepts payments from PayPal. As PayPal is our payment processing system, even those payments made by our customers who do not have a PayPal account will need to be made via PayPal's interface. Simply click through to PayPal via the "Order Now with obligation to pay" link on the payment screen and you will be given the option of using an existing PayPal account, or paying directly via credit card without creating a PayPal account.

2. Are there any recurring payments for the membership?

All products are a one-time fee, none recurring payment.

3. How does the payment process work? When will I get my themes?

After your choose a plan, you will be redirected to PayPal where you complete your payment. After your payment has been completed, you will receive an email containing your username and password for logging into your Member Dashboard.

4. I can't remember my username and password!

Don't worry! If you cannot remember your password or username, please contact us, ensuring to provide any information that might be helpful in identifying your account, such as the email address, your full name, the transaction ID from your PayPal payment etc... and we will find out your details.

5. I have paid for themes but not yet received login details.

Normally, our system will create the account automatically upon receipt of a successful payment. Make sure that you provide a valid email address when you make a payment. If you don't receive any login information, please check your Spam box. If there is still no login details, please contact us.

6. Can I remove the copyright from the footer?

Yes, you can remove or modify the copyright (or logo) information in the footer.

7. How many concurrent domains can I use a theme on?

You can use our themes on as many sites as you like.

8. What is covered under support?

We can help you with any issue you have with the installation, configuration and use of the theme and will resolve any bug that makes the theme not work properly.

9. What is NOT covered under support?

We do not provide support for your customizations of the theme. So if you want to make some changes to the theme, we are not able to provide support. And if you need us to do specific customization to the theme, you can contact us and give a full list of what you want to customize and we will give you a cost quote. You can also find a developer to do the job.

10. Can I customize the themes?

Yes, you can customize them as much as you like.

11. What is your refund policy?
