Installation

Acool Pro is a commercial theme, you can click here to sign up for a license.

It's very easy to install Acool Pro on your website. After the signup, you should receive an email that contains your username and password to log in your CooThemes account. Please log in your account and download the Acool-pro.zip file that contains all of templates and images required for the theme to function properly. There are 3 different ways to install Acool Pro theme:

• through WordPress dashboard
• through your Cpanel/ web server interface
• via FTP (File Transfer Protocol)

1. through WordPress dashboard

• Log in your WordPress dashboard
• Go to Appearance > Themes
• Click Add New button

• Click Upload Theme button

• Click Choose File to find Theta Pro zip file downloaded from your account before
• Click Install Now to install Theta Pro

2. through your Cpanel/ web server interface

• Log in your web hosting account
• Find File Manager on the Cpanel
• Go to Web Root (public_html/www)
• find your wp_content folder and double click on that
• Go to Themes folder
• Click Upload at the top of the page
• click the Choose File button. Then navigate to the zip file of the theme on your computer, and upload it
• Unzip or extract the theme by clicking Extract on the top of the page
• Click Extract File(s) button to proceed

3. via FTP (File Transfer Protocol)

• Unzip acool-pro.zip to your Desktop.
• Using an FTP client to access your host web server. Go to public_html/wp-content/themes/
• Upload the theme to public_html/wp-content/themes/
• Go to Appearance > Themes and activate Acool from Dashboard

Home Page

Acool Pro has many settings to allow you to customize your home page. Before customizing the following options, you must set up a Static Front Page, and then they will be displayed!

2.1 Set up Home Page

To create the static front page, go to the WordPress Dashboard.

Create a Front Page:

• In Pages, choose Add New.
• Use any title for this page, here we title it "Home".
• Click Document.
• Change Template of this page into Homepage under Page Attributes.
• Publish the Page.

• Go to WordPress Dashboard> Settings > Reading.
• Set Front page displays to A static page
• In the drop down menu for Front Page, select Home
• Click Save Changes.

2.2 Homepage Layout

Here you can enable sections you want to display on your home page and change their section order.

• Go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Homepage Layout
• Click on the eye to enable or disable that section
• Click on the section and drag and drop to change its order
• Hit back button and customize the sections you just enabled

2.3 Video Section

To use Video section, you should enable it in Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Homepage Layout.

To customize your video section, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Video Section. Here you can change title and description typography, font size, font color, and text transform etc. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

Here you should put the video ID instead of the URL into the box.

2.4 Slider Section

To use Slider section, you should enable it in Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Homepage Layout.

To customize your sliders, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Slider Section. Here you can add or remove sliders, change title and description typography, font size, font color, and text transform etc. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

2.5 Columns Section

To use Columns section, you should enable it in Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Homepage Layout.

To customize your feature section, go to Appearance > Customize > Feature Homepage Settings > Columns Settings. Here you can add or remove feature items, change title and description typography, font size, font color, feature icons and text transform etc. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

2.6 Blog Section

To use Blog section, you should enable it in Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Homepage Layout.

To customize your blog post section, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Blog Section. Here you can change how many articles to display on your home page, section title and description typography, font size, font color, and text transform etc. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

2.7 Team Section

To use Team section, you should enable it in Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Homepage Layout.

To customize your team section, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Team Settings. Here you can add or remove team members, change title and description typography, font size, font color, and text transform etc. You can also enable or disable your social link under this section setting. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

2.8 Facts Section

To use Facts section, you should enable it in Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Homepage Layout.

To customize your fact/ number section, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Facts Section. Here you can add or remove fact items, change title and description typography, font size, font color, and text transform.

2.9 Progress Bar Settings

To use Download section, you should enable it in Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Homepage Layout.

To customize your download section, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Progress Bar Section. Here you can change section title and description typography, font size, font color, button text, button URL and text transform etc.

2.10 Price Section

To use Price section, you should enable it in Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Homepage Layout.

To customize your pricing section, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Price Section. Here you can add or remove price items, change title and description typography, font size, font color, and text transform etc. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

2.11 Feature Section

To use Feature section, you should enable it in Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Homepage Layout.

To customize your feature section, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Feature Section. Here you can add or remove feature items, change title and description typography, font size, font color, feature icons and text transform etc. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

2.12 Choose Us Section

To use Choose Us section, you should enable it in Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Homepage Layout.

To customize your feature section, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Choose Us Section. Here you can add or remove items, change title and description typography, font size, font color, feature icons and text transform etc. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

2.13 Gallery Settings

To use Gallery section, you should enable it in Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Homepage Layout.

To customize your feature section, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Gallery Section. Here you can add or remove gallery items, change title and description typography, font size, font color, feature icons and text transform etc. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

2.14 Download Section

To use Download section, you should enable it in Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Homepage Layout.

To customize your download section, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Download Section. Here you can change section title and description typography, font size, font color, button text, button URL and text transform etc.

2.15 Testimonials Section

To use Testimonials section, you should enable it in Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Homepage Layout.

To customize your testimonial section, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Testimonials Section. Here you can add or remove testimonial items, change title and description typography, font size, font color, and text transform etc. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

2.16 Clients Section

To use Clients section, you should enable it in Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Homepage Layout.

To customize your client section, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Clients Section. Here you can add or remove brand logos, change title and description typography, font size, font color, and text transform etc.

2.17 Buy Section

To use Buy section, you should enable it in Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Homepage Layout.

To customize your download section, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Buy Section. Here you can change section title and description typography, font size, font color, button text, button URL and text transform etc.

2.18 Blog 2 Section

To use Blog 2 section, you should enable it in Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Homepage Layout.

To customize your blog post section, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Blog 2 Section. Here you can change how many articles to display on your home page, section title and description typography, font size, font color, and text transform etc. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

2.19 Contact Us Section

To use Contact Us section, you should enable it in Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Homepage Layout.

To customize your contact us section, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Homepage Settings > Contact Us Section. Here you can change the email address, section title and description typography, font size, font color, and text transform etc. And you can enable Google Map too. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

Acool Theme Setting

3.1 General Theme Setting

3.1.1 Show Search icon

If you want to display search icon in homepage header, enable it by going to Appearance > Customize > Acool Theme Setting > General Theme Setting > Show Search icon. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

3.1.2 Box Header Center

To box header center, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Theme Setting > General Theme Setting > Box Header Center. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

3.1.3 Enable Query Loader

The loader will appear when your page is loading. To enable it, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Theme Setting > General Theme Setting > Enable Query Loader. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

3.1.4 Fixed Header

To enable a fixed header, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Theme Setting > General Theme Setting > Fixed Header. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

3.1.5 Header Opacity

To change header opacity, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Theme Setting > General Theme Setting > Header Opacity. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

3.1.6 Breadcrumb

To enable the breadcrumb navigation in the blog, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Theme Setting > General Theme Setting > Breadcrumb. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

3.1.7 Display Footer Widget Area

To enable the widget area in the Footer, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Theme Setting > General Theme Setting > Display Footer Widget Area. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

3.1.8 Hide Post Meta

To hide Post meta, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Theme Setting > General Theme Setting > Hide Post Meta. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

3.1.9 Hide Login menu

To hide Login in the header, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Theme Setting > General Theme Setting > Hide Login menu. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

3.1.10 Footer text

To change the Footer copyright information, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Theme Setting > General Theme Setting > Footer text. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

3.1.11 Default Featured Image (URL)

To change the default featured image of the blog, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Theme Setting > General Theme Setting > Default Featured Image (URL). Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

3.1.12 Show Previous and Next

If you want to show the previous and next article of the post in the bottom of the page or post, go to Appearance > Customize > Acool Theme Setting > General Theme Setting > Show Previous and Next. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

3.1.13 404 Page Content

The 404 page will appear when your page is not found. To change the page content, go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Setting Panel > 404 page content Setting. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

4.1 Header Text Color

To change the header text color, go to Appearance > Customize > Colors > Header Text Color. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

4.2 Background Color

To change the background color, go to Appearance > Customize > Colors > Background Color. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

4.3 Header Background Color

To change the header background color, go to Appearance > Customize > Colors > Header Background Color. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

4.4 Content links color

To change the content links color, go to Appearance > Customize > Colors > Content links color. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

4.5 Content links hover color

To change the hover color of content links, go to Appearance > Customize > Colors > Content links hover color. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

4.6 Other links color

To change the other links color, go to Appearance > Customize > Colors > Other links color. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.

4.7 Other links hover color

To change the hover color of other links, go to Appearance > Customize > Colors > Other links hover color. Do not forget to click Publish button on the top to save the changes.
